This amazing service made such a huge difference in our stay! From the start, communication was excellent and arranging our babysitter couldn’t have been easier. Mercedes was so professional, reliable and kind. I can’t recommend enough.

We used Mercedes‘s services to babysit both of our children while we were visiting in Buenos Aires. She was friendly, so sweet and dedicated to the kids for the full week we were there. She brought toys and little snacks for them and my kids just ran up to her every single time she came to the hotel. She was extremely flexible with the hours and very punctual. It’s hard leaving your kids with someone you’ve just met, but the minute we met Mercedes we felt sure that she was competent, responsible and had experience working with children.We will definitely be using her services again as we will be traveling to Argentina every year!

We happily worked remotely and lived in Buenos Aires for July and half of August this year. One of our big concerns was how our 8 year old daughter would occupy her day. For us both to work successfully without interruptions, and have the peace of mind that our daughter was happy and well taken care of, we had to find a good Buenos Aires child care solution.That solution was Mercedes at Buenos Aires Babysitting.My daughter loved her and they quickly developed a special bond. Her days were filled with baking delicious cookies, arts and crafts, and adventurous neighborhood walks. We were very grateful for the expert care she gave our child and could not recommend Mercedes, and Buenos Aires Babysitting more highly!

We needed a babysitter for a newborn baby as my wife had a C-section. Even though it had been on such a short notice, the agency provided me with one. Morena was a great help, we can't thank her enough. She's wonderful with kids, very helpful and even has a medical education ☺️❤️ We highly recommend this agency for all who seek help with kids.

We highly recommend Buenos Aires Babysitting, we were based in Buenos Aires for 3 weeks for work with our two children, 4 & 7 years old. Mercedes came to our hotel daily and entertained them, played games, took them swimming, continued with their learning and also taught them Spanish! She was brilliant, very professional, great fun for the children and always arrived with a case full of activities for the children todo. She organised food for them during the day and ensured the children eat and drank well. She was able to give us great local knowledge and recommend places for us to take the children on our days off. If we ever return again, we will be calling her again for sure.

Mercedes and Zoe were very professional, setting up a pre-meet to help us feel more comfortable. Zoe did a fantastic job looking after our 4.5 month old son. She was very communicative throughout the night, making sure we were kept up-to-date on things. Would absolutely recommend to anybody who wants to enjoy a kid-free evening in Buenos Aires.

Even if this is your first time leaving your kids abroad, have no fear!! This team is the ticket! We used this service for 2 weeks and will be using it again. You will feel at ease and comfortable. They just make it simple. Thank you for giving us so much needed time. I wish there was a BAB-type service in every city, run by someone as amazing as Mercedes.
