Un muy buen lugar exelente hambientacion

Hermoso lugar...super agradable...la comida riquísima y la gente que atiende se lleva todas las estrellas!!! Gracias por hacernos pasar tan linda noche!!!!!

Stayed here for 6 weeks and had an amazing time and was looked after really well. I had tried 4 other hostels around palermo and san telmo before and this was the best. Staff are friendly and helpful, I was even taught how to make a traditional Argentinian parrilla! Chilled vibes and good mix of backpackers and Argentinians. Great public transportation nearby as well.

It’s a lovely space, but depends on which room you’re taking. Mine room had a very bad lighting, beds didn’t have curtains or anything like in other rooms, and heating didn’t work (however they brought me a heater which helped). Also it gets quite cold (i stayed in april), and when you go to the bathroom you have to go through open roof area, so if it’s cold and raining, you going through it. And bathrooms don’t have any soap, nowhere. The spaces for common use are not very comfortable, chairs are bad, very poor light, people don’t really hang in there. The kitchen is great however, and a terrace is lovely. Also they have table tennis which is nice.I wanted to pay for several days in advance (like 5 days and then extend, if I want to and nobody else reserved it), but this wasn’t okay for the owner, he wanted me to pay for the whole stay, and he said i’d better move out than he spend time arguing with me about how I pay, so I moved out. Generally a nice place with nice people who live there, but be cautious about which room you take. And don’t hope for a good working space and soap.

Demasiado caro para el servicio que ofrecen

On arrival I was met by a member of staff and I could not have asked for better service throughout my stay, they are so helpful despite the language barrier, as I speak english. Also on arrival they had food to offer as there was a private event on the roof terrace and they gave me some wine and the best meat I have ever had. The place is not a party place so if you want peace, this is the place to come.Thanks again

Si tengo que volver a viajar a Bs. As, sin duda alguna volvería a parar en este hermoso lugar. La gente, las habitaciones, la limpieza, todo super en orden. Me hicieron sentir como en casa, y lo valoro un montón. Un placer haber conocido La casa de Pichincha ❤️

Hermoso lugar si tienes que quedarte en Bs as es un lugar perfecto lo único que juega en contra es un poco la zona pero lo demás está súper lindo.Tiene una terraza hermosa con parrilla sala de juegos y televisión y es súper confortable.La predisposición de los dueños es la mejor y no tienen problema para nada

Es un edificio antiguo en la arquitectura. Un lugar relajado y bohemio en pleno centro.
