I waited too long to do my laundry, and only had the clothes on my back, no clean socks, and when I went in, I was told that they were closed the next day for a holiday. They were only open another two hours for the day, and Roxy was so awesome, she offered to have it done before the end of the day! The first time I came in, I had my dirty laundry in my backpack, and she was kind enough to give me a reusable shopping bag, and wouldn't take any money for it. Absolutely the BEST customer service I've received anywhere in Buenos Aires (normally, customer service in BA is really bad compared to the United States). The service is great, and you get your laundry back clean, fresh, and folded. 10/10

Excellent and fast service!! The lady who runs the laundromat is super nice and takes a lot of care in her work. I would recommend this place over the other laundry places in the area for travelers or anyone living in the neighborhood.

Lost a lot of my clothes (5 individual socks and a towel). It's a shame because they are otherwise friendly people (the only reason i gave a 2 rather than 1 star). How difficult is it to just keep peoples clothes together. I'd pay extra to not share woth others if that's what it takes. Losing clothes if far more expensive than paying them a few more pesos.

Excellent service. Friendly and kind staff. Quick - Dropped off in the late morning and got it back by dinner. Inexpensive too. Highly recommend.

Muy Buena atención

Absolutely fantastic! She accepted our laundry at 0900 and had it completed, folded, bagged and ready to go before 1600. Very nice owner and prices are extremely fair.

She did get my laundry mixed up and I had to wait overnight instead of getting it back in the evening like she said. But she's great, really sweet and it seemed to be an honest mistake. Very reasonable prices and it all smelled wonderful when she was done.
