신용카드로 결제를 했는데, 직원이 자신의 실수로 인해 보다 많은 가격을 결제했다.취소를 해달라고 말했고, 처음에는 취소를 할 수 없다고 하다가 한참 뒤에 취소가 됬다며 영수증을 주었다. 하지만 취소를 해 준 것이 아니였고 첫 결제 이후 또 다시 두배의 가격이 결제되어있었다. 와인 2병을 샀는데 6병 만큼의 가격을 청구 한 것이다. 다시 찾아가서 초과 결제를 한 것을 취소 해 달라고 했지만 카드기계가 작동하지 않는다고 했고 헤알 또는 페소로 거슬러 주겠다고 했다. 나는 헤알 또는 페소가 필요없었기 때문에 결제취소를 요구했지만 직원은 짜증을 냈다. 자신의 실수는 인정하지 않은채로. 당신이 실수를 인정하고 사과를 했었다면 나는 화가 나지 않았을 것이다. 자신이 실수한 것을 절대 인정하지 않고 손님에게 짜증을 내는 것은 이나라의 문화인가? 잘못을 했다면 사과를 먼저 해라. .짜진 라져깨코 서져어넘 다하근출 일내I paid by credit card, but the employee paid more for his mistake.I asked for cancellation, and at first I said I couldn't cancel it, but after a long time, I gave the receipt. 와인 두병을 구입했는데 직원의 실수로 이중결제가 되었습니다. 그래서 추가결제된 부분을 취소요청 했으나 기계문제로 정상적으로 취소가 되지않았습니다. 그부분에 대해서 서비스를 제대로 제공하지 않았고 실수에대한 잘못을 인정하지않아서 기분이나빴습니다기계가 안되서 취소 안된건 이해하지만 본인이 100달러치나 잘못끊어놓고 미안하단 소리 한 번 없이 당당한 모습에 어이가 없었습니다. 달러로 받지도 못하고 다 쓸수도없는 헤알로 돌려받았습니다. 카드수수료에 헤알에 손해본건 우린데 이해할 수 없습니다.We were trying to buy some wines and service was the worst. 별 하나도 아까운 곳 입니다. 직원분이 와인가격을 착각하여 원래 가격보다 두 배로 계산 했음에도 불구하고 자신은 잘못이 없다고 하며, 카드로 잘못 계산된 금액을 취소 했다고 했지만 확인해 본 결과 계산이 두 번이나 되어있었습니다. 10만원 공중분해 될 뻔 했네요. 절대 가지 마세요. 물론 계산하다보면 실수는 누구나 할 수 있지만 직원의 대응은 최악이었습니다. 싸가지 대마왕에다가 우기기 선수 입니다.
