Amazing building, very friendly and helpful host.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Guillermo is a great host. The location is excellent, right next to Saenz Peña SUBTE (Subway) station, with many restaurants, National Congress, many parks and other points of interest nearby.The apartment was perfect for us as 2 longish term travellers. Beautiful old building. There is a washing machine and dryer, good wifi, hot shower w good water pressure, fully equipped clean kitchen with fridge and freezer.The house is used for tango lessons intermittently. Security for the property is excellent.We would have loved to have stayed for longer. The place was so comfortable and we were very glad we made an enquiry with Guillermo as our previous accommodation in BA was similar in price (budget end of the scale) but of far less quality and comfort.Highly recommended.
