Freddie's Fit Club

I highly recommend training with Freddie! I've been doing personal training with him for the past few months and really enjoy it. I have some back problems so I was scared to get back into strength training, but Freddie has been patient and supportive the whole time. He pushes me, but at a level that's appropriate for my body and my needs. The gym also offers group bootcamp, boxing, and yoga classes at the gym if that's more your style!

Muy bueno !! Super entrenamiento

I was looking for a gym with personal training and group classes for while already when I came across this place more or less by accident. The owner is a very friendly Englishman who seems very knowledgeable and down to earth and the gym itself is very spacious and clean and new-looking. He offers boxing, bootcamp and yoga classes, as well as the personal training that I ended up signing up for. The prices are more than reasonable and for me the location (Palermo) is great.
