El horario de la puerta nada que ver con la realidad. Otros que no ofrecen ticket ni factura. Buena atención, era solo un cambio de pila en reloj

I went to get a new watch bracelet. They attended me, and at first I was content. I then realized the bracelet was the incorrect size, and the watch was sliding a lot. I went to ask if I could return it, and they said as they had already adjusted it, returning it was impossible. The bracelet was brand new and I was in no way being difficult or rude. The owner then proceeded to blame me for taking my time and now expecting too much, something as simple as returning something in the same condition I bought it in when I realized it was incorrect. Having a no return policy is one thing, but not being straightforward about it, and then blaming the customer in a rude way and essentially calling them entitled is just bad business.I’ll leave 5 stars just because I don’t want to affect the business, but this store doesn’t have a good policy and my experience was poor.

Me cambiaron la batería del reloj y me lo pusieron en fecha y hora en menos de 2 minutos. La atención es muy buena. Super agradable la mujer que me atendió.
