NO CONTRATEN! RESERVE HACE UN MES Y MEDIO, ME COBRARON EL TOTAL DEL IMPORTE Y 4 DÍAS ANTES DE VIAJAR ME CANCELAN PORQUE NO TIENEN VEHICULO! UN DESASTRE!!!

NUNCA LOS CONTRATEN !!!!. ME DEJARON ABANDONADOS EN EL AEROPUERTO DE JUJUY POR LA NOCHE . A PESAR DE HABER CONFIRMADO TODO UNOS DIAS ANTES , NO CUMPLIERON CON LO PACTADO . EL TELEFONO DE GUARDIA NO LO ANTIENDEN . DIAS POSTERIORES ME PUDE COMUNICAR PERO AL HACER EL RECLAMO , ME CORTARON EL TELEFONO . UNA VERGUENZA . PESIMO SERVICIO ,

Horrible experience.Booked a car a month prior to our trip. I Called Alamo's head office to confirm that everything was in order. The only thing that needed to be paid on site was a 5$ US/day insurance (roughly).Once on location...10$ US /day extra fees. (I'm guessing its insurance)1000$ deposited. ok, I understand in case of accidents (dents, scratches, etc.)15$ for drop off at the airport kiosk 30km away from downtown. ok same price as a taxiThen I need to accept a 300 000$ ARS (5250$ USD) franchise incase of major damage. I understand I dont need to pay the fee unless something major happens but that's the value of the used Chevy I was renting... Then they dropped the franchise fee to 200 000$ ARS because we weren't pleased with the news.no way am I accepting a 5000$ fee when they have insurance to cover major repairs... Nor do I trust a business that switched its policies within 5 minutes by such a large sum.additionally, they ask to sign the visual inspection sheet before having seen the vehicle. Basically, they are preparing to scam you.We booked our excursions with tour buses

Alquilé una 4x4, en un principio, todo bien. La camioneta estaba en buen estado, aunque vieja y usada, la gente amable, me entregaron la factura. El problema surgio unos dias después de entregar la camioneta... Me reclamaron, de manera insistente, daños de amortiguadores y pastillas de freno, sin ninguna constancia (ni de service, ni de nada) del supuesto daño ni de las condiciones chequeadas antes del alquiler. Me deja muy mal recuerdo...

Hicimos una reserva anticipada hace meses y el día de entrega no tenían ningún coche disponible.
